Actually your Chinese is really good ,we can understand you very well though there are some small mistakes in grammar and structure.

我的论文关于中国学生的公共环境意识(where is your predicate verb?the"is":我的论文是关于中国学生的公共环境意识. )

我最近刚刚感觉无所谓...这么懒！(In chinese, we never say it in this way,you can say:最近，我觉得无所谓了.Or: 最近我感觉我对论文无所谓了...)

不过来中文和日本学的时候，不懒。("when it comes to " ="当谈到...”/“说到...时”/“当涉及到..." , here you can say :不过说到学习中文和日语（的时候）”的时候“ you can omit it or not ,either is okay. 我不懒 or 我一点都不懒。

我估摸写我的论文不有趣( "估摸“is very native,you don't need to change into others :我估摸着写这篇论文我并不感兴趣：I guess I'm not interested in writing these thesis.
