Audio books
A critical shortage of time. Sound familiar? I think. yes!
In addition to work and household chores, there are trips to the theater, cinema, exhibitions and trips to the sea, lake, picnics.
Books! A lot of interesting books that are worth reading. Question: Where can I find the time? There is a solution - audio books! you can listen to them anywhere, anytime (well, almost always).
The success of audio books is composed of two components - the author's talent and artistry of the performer. Artist is a full-fledged co-creator of the writer. Even the most interesting audiobook by talentless actor loses 99% of its appeal.
Very interesting to listen to audio books performed by the writer. The author rarely spoil own offspring. Right now I'm listening to Paul Sanaev "Bury Me Behind the Baseboard" performed by the author.
What kind of audio books read you?

There is a scene in the (now somewhat old) TV series 'Gilmore Girls' in which one of the main characters, who is obsessed with reading, realizes that being mortal will limit the number of books she can read. She begins panicking wildly and trying to calculate the number of books she can realistically still get aroud to reading assuming a certain (long) life expectancy. Perhaps audio books are a good way to cram a few more books into the time we have!
