Update
Hi italki friends.
I thought I'd give you a quick update on my life, as I've been very quiet for a long time in here.
Basically I've been spending a long time either on my site or the behind the scenes work. I've also been writing a blog, and of course giving lessons.
What's been happening is that word of mouth has spread information about me, so I've become quite busy, interestingly Russia gives me most of my students.
I work practically every day, some days starting at 08:45 and finishing at 22:00.
So yes, my site has brought me some new students, I'm learning how to do everything: I'm the English teacher, the web designer, the administrator, the accountant.............
That's why I've been away.
Since I've been away, italki seems to have changed, I don't recognise anybody, and my old friends don't seem to hang around.
It's strange how things go, but I'll always remember that I got my start in italki, I wouldn't be doing any of what I'm doing without it, or without my friends who said I could and should be a tutor.
It's been a long road to get to where I am, and there's a long road ahead, but hopefully I'm on the right path.
Idiom-tastic :D
