Give up Facebook
I have given up Facebook for 2 weeks. I decided to quit this social network because of many reasons.
the first, I realised I spend too much time on Facebook, the second, I feel disappointed when I cannot focus on anything.the third, I think It's better to quit Facebook completely to expand my knowledge and improve my study skill, and English from other resources on Internet.
and you, do you have similar oppinion ?
please correct my text or leave a comment about using Facebook. Thank you !

Giving up Facebook
I gave up Facebook 2 weeks ago. I decided to quit the social network for many reasons.
Firstly, I realised I spent too much time on it . Secondly, I felt disappointed when I could not focus on anything. Thirdly, I think it's better to quit Facebook completely so that I can expand my knowledge and improve my study skills, and learn English from other resources on the Internet.

Face book can be useful to keep up with froends and family. You have to be disciplined and not let yourself waste too much time on it.

I think I send to much time on tensents,when I was very bussy,I can control myself,but when I finished all of the works,I always chat with my frends,or look about the qq space,so I am very disappoint about my self,if I can spend so much time on my business English,my English would be improved so much.

I think you are right, we don't have facebook in China but something similar to it called"weibo".Spending to much time on it does no good . Ecept you can learn something on it.

it depends on what you need, if you want communicate directly with foreigners, you can use facebook, or if you just want to increase your reading speed and vocabulary, you can read English newspaper online, such as nytimes.com,washingtontimes.com or if you want to learn English idiom and English grammar, you'd better check on BBC
