My first notebook entry in italky I was reading a blog about learning languages (http://www.fluentin3months.com/ - a very good blog!) and there there was a review about this site. I decide to sign in. I'm learning english because I want to work in an international shipping company. And in the end of this year, I intend to travel to a country where people speak english, so I have to improve my english skills as soon as I can. That's it. Bye everyone.

This is my first correction here, so I hope I get it right. Otherwise, I'll have to correct my own correction!

Here goes.

In addition to what the other person pointed out, languages and nationalities are capitalized in English. Also, you work "for" a company, not "in" a company. You can work "in" a country. Example: I would like to work for IBM in Australia.

Great work -- I'll bet money that you will be able to work for an international shipping company....probably quite soon!

Good day!... Funny that we chanced upon the same blog from the Irish Polyglot. Same reason why I decided to join this community. Interested to be language partners? I'm learning Portuguese... Maybe we can help each other out. Lemme know.. Thanks. Cheers! By the way, I'm Derek, from Manila.
