Forever a beginner in English
A long time ago I used in English at my work (Here A long time ago means in the past, but not now. If you mean in the past AND now, you might say, "I have been using English at work for a long time). I use of English is to read interesting medical articles and papers of interesting, but I can not understand speaking or understand the spoken in this language. I am very frustated.
(I can relate to you!! Speaking and listening are very difficulty for me as well and reading is much easier. I think practicing with native speakers is probably the most helpful, do you think so?). Good luck!
