Is this a correct sentence? :)

I hope you can make everything you’re planning for.

 

It's grammatically correct, but not correct as written or spoken English.  Do you mean:

 

1. I hope you can achieve all your plans?

or

2. I hope you can make everything you’ve planned for happen.
