How to cooking kabab.(one of Iranian delicious food) Kabab is a delicious food for Iranians people. If you ask from Iranian, what is your favorite food? Certainly, kabab is one of them. Kabab consist of cow meet, onion, salt and rice that cooking dissent of them. At first onion and cow meet have been grinded and then added salt and some black pepper. The materials admix together and then put on skewer. The skewer and materials have been putted on hot coals indirectly. Be careful when the skewer putting on hot coals because the material may be dissent of skewer. To prevent this happen should be heated both sides of it simultaneously by rotate skewer. Tomato also put on skewer and put on hot coals isolated. Cooking rice is so easy and anyone know cook it.

Kabab is a delicious food for Iranians people. [Not only for Iranians but others too :) ] If you ask from an Iranian, "What is your favorite dishfood?A most certainly, answer would be it. kabab is one of them. Kabab consist of is made from beef, cow meet, onion, salt and rice that cooking dissent of them.[don't understand the crossed out line]. At first Onions are first chopped up and then mixed ground beef. and cow meet have been grinded and then added Salt and some black pepper are added as seasonings. The materials admix together and then The mixture is then packed into shape and put on skewered. The skewers and materials have been putted must not put on hot coals indirectly. Be careful when the skewer putting on hot coals because the material may be dissent of skewer. Care is taken to prevent the meat from falling off the skewers.  To prevent this from happening should be heated both sides must be cooked evenly by rotating the skewers. of it simultaneously by rotate skewer. Tomatoes can also put on be added to the skewer before cooking.  and put on hot coals isolated. Cooking Rice is so easy to cook and anyone knows how. cook it.

2.  Cooking rice is easy... Making it fluffy or non-sticky is a skill :)

3.  Cow meat is called "beef".  From calves, "veal". From the pig, "pork" and from the deer, "venison".

Hi Pedram, I have to laugh when I read your recipe and the corrections below, because the corrections have slightly altered your recipe/instruction. Anyway, a couple of notes for you: 1) cow meat = beef 2) "grinded" cow meat = ground beef 3) in the cooking context, I would suggest you say ingredients instead of materials. Cheers, W.

kebab is turkish origin dish i think.?in turkey, there are lots of kinds of kebab by the way it's not easy at all:)
