Falling in Love
I think I fell in love and it hurts. My heart feels pain from the previous times when it was broken. And my soul still has a laceration. (I don't know if it's a correct word?) And I wanna hold her in my arms and never let go. Is it love, I don't know? But something is happening in my soul today, and it hurts so much. But I feel happy because I think she loves me too.

I think I fell in love and it hurts. My heart fell pain hurts from the last times when it was broken And my soul still has a gash laceration( don't know is it correct word or no) And I wanna hold her in my arms and never let go. Is it love? I don't know. But something happens happened [or "is happening"] in my soul today and it it hurts so much. But I feel happy because I think she love me too
Interesting poem! These are hard to correct because regular grammar rules often get thrown out the window in poetry. I just changed the bare minimum, removing anything that would sound strange to a native English speaker.
"Laceration" is quite a technical word - you generally only hear it from doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc in a formal medical setting. I replaced it with "gash", but it could be replaced with other things: "my soul is still torn", "my soul is still scarred", or something like that (even maybe "my soul is still bleeding"?). You are the poet!
