    我们想亲自请你去做演讲。

    我们想亲自请你去做演讲。 personally is adverb,often used after the verb. 想亲自 is right,but 亲自想 is incorrect.

    親誠禮聘/敦請/您到一个演示.  This is a literal translation.  In Chinese, there is more formal language for these sort of things.  I'm afraid that my level isn't good enough.  I'm sure the native speakers will do a far better job.
