Day 20 - A fellow traveler
Today I search on google about what does it mean "fellow traveler" means, and I found that have a stong connection with Communist era. I was shocked. For me these two words means a partner for a trip/journey.
[The name was a metaphor - someone who traveled in the same direction as a group of people (the communist party) but did not maintain formal membership. You would only take that meaning in the context of politics, and usually only in the 30's to maybe the turn of the century, though you may still rarely hear it. If you were on a train and talked about a fellow traveler, I would take it literally - that you were referring to someone traveling with you on the train - the definition that you think of as described in your text]
