BODY LANGUAGE, can you check it? What's body language for you? According experts body language refers to the non verbal signals, that we use to communicate, such as, gestures, postures, facial expression and eye contact. This type of language is very important for communication between humans. There are alot of type of ways to express feelings or situations without words. For example, when you raise one eyebrows, you are saying : "oh", really? or when you wink you are saying: It's our little secret. Other examples can be, when your head is up , you are sayins: " I don´t mind people looking at me" or when you touch someone on the waist , neck or face, you are saying that I am physically attracted. In addition, Body language has advantages because it is more discreet that verbal language and allows you to communicate with other person without taht other people realize. But it also disadvantages, as certain postures ore gestures don't mean the same in differents cultures or countries and you can hace misunderstandings. In conclusion , body language is as important as words in the people communication.
