1) Particle は, へ, を are pronounced わ, へ, お but written は, へ, を.
はof greeting words こんにちは and こんばんは are also the same.
2) Using 希望(きぼう) or 望み(のぞみ) are more common in the context.
私の 希望 / 望み は、日本語をしゅうとくすることです。
You can also say,
私の目標(もくひょう)は、日本語をしゅうとくすることです。 目標 means goal, target, aim, etc.
