The TYRE MARK READER consists of a video camera (ref. A, Figure 10) connected to the machine HMI to detect the coloured mark possibly stamped onto the tyres during previous production stages.
PEMBACA MEREK BAN terdiri dari satu kamera video (ref. A, Gambar 10) tersambung ke mesin HMI untuk mendeteksi kode berwarna mungkin dicetak dalam ban selama tahap produksi sebelumnya.
Once the video camera detects the coloured mark, tyre rotation stops. The tyre is ground according to the specific recipe that is related to the kind of tyre mark stamped onto the tyre.
Sekali Ketika kamera video mendeteksi kode berwarna, putaran ban berhenti. Ban digerinda berhenti sesuai dengan resep pola khusus yang terkait dengan jenis kode ban dicetak dalam ban.
For maintenance and calibration purposes the tyre mark reader can be connected to a 3,5” LCD monitor (ref. B, Figure 10).
Untuk melakukan pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi pembaca kode ban dapat tersambung ke suatu monitor LCD 3,5” (ref. B, Gambar 10).
