牛肉干锅 在深圳的时候、一个朋友 介绍了那个四川菜给我。 自从我回到印尼、我一直向往吃那个。 恻死我了、在我的城市没有餐厅提供干锅。当我寻找配方、我发现、有不止一种类型的干锅。 一个我吃有牛肉、没有固体脂肪。也有洋葱、大蒜、薤、胡椒、拉、草药。还有坚果。 我记得是干锅该独特的味道。是由特别胡椒引起的、我不知道那个名字。 :( 我希望能再次吃牛肉干锅的到来! beef dry pot When I was in Shenzhen, a friend introduced this Sichuan food to me. I have been longing to eat it since I came back to Indonesia. Alas, there is no restaurant in my city that serves dry pot. When I look for the recipe I found out that there are more than one type of dry pot. The one I ate was using beef, with no solid fat. It has onion, garlic, shallot, some pepper, some chili, some herbs. It also has some nuts. What I remembered was its distinct taste. It was caused by a special pepper I know not the name of. :( I hope I can eat dry pot again soon!

我记得干锅独特的味道。是由特别胡椒引起的味道,但我不知道那个名字。 :(

我希望能再次到吃牛肉干锅!


beef dry pot

When I was in Shenzhen, a friend introduced this Sichuan food to me. I have been longing to eat it since I came back to Indonesia. Alas, there is no restaurant in my city that serves dry pot. When I look for the recipe I found out that there are more than one type of dry pot. The one I ate was using beef, with no solid fat. It has onion, garlic, shallot, some pepper, some chili, some herbs. It also has some nuts.

What I remembered was its distinct taste. It was caused by a special pepper I know not the name of. :(

I hope I can eat dry pot again soon!

The "special pepper" is probably "sichuan peppercorn" or just "sichuan pepper," aka 花椒。Sichuan food also has two other kinds of pepper, but the sichuan peppercorn is what makes it special (and distinguishes it from Hunan food).
