“我讨厌又刮风又下雨的天儿”   I will say this to my friends.

"我不喜欢下雨和刮风的天"  It is all right.

“我的手机又白又薄~~” If I want to show off my new phone to my friends I will say like this.

If I just want to describe my phone I will say "我的手机是白色的，很薄"

we always say 晴天 阴天 雨天.....and don't say“晴朗天”，“晴朗的天”may be used occasionally.
