english interview i had a English interview with two Germany by phone this afternoon, it made me a little bit of shyness because i am not familiar with German accent which confused me in the beginning,generally speaking ,i could understood what they said ,because that related some content of my work, and i also realized i can't convey my opinions fluently, i always keep on practicing my listening comprehension everyday, but i had no more chance to efficiently communicate with native speakers, so i just make a little progress, how should i improve my speaking English well? could you help me with it?

English Interview

This afternoon, I had a phone interview in English with two Germans. I was a little shy because I am not familiar with the German accent, which confused me in the beginning. Generally speaking, I could understand what they said, as it related to to the content of my work. I realized that I can't easily convey/express my opinions (or speak/converse fluently). Every day I always practise my listening comprehension, but I have no other chance to communicate efficiently/effectively with native speakers, so I seem to make little progress. How can I improve my English speaking ability? Can you help me with it?

Great work! I think one has to use the language every day in order to become fluent. Find a teacher or language partner on italki! It is also good to talk to different people so as to adapt to different accents and patterns of speech.
