Could you please correct my English?

My colleague has decided to change laboratory. We don't like our professor; he is selfish, stubborn and a liar. He never cares about our lives, and he never has any respect his colleagues. She has started to collect information about other laboratories. In addition, she is going to find a new job as well.
In Japan, when we are in the second half of our third year in University, or that of our first year in a master course, we have to send our curriculum vitae to a company. Most companies do recruiting activity from about March to May, and they want students who will graduate the next spring. In other words, if we can't find a job in this term, it is very difficult to find a good job. If you went to University, you can easily find students who are depressed. In Italy, I don't know exactly, but whenever applicants want to find a new job, they can send their CV to the company. If the company has an interest in the applicant, they will arrange an interview for him.
Although I'm very sad that she has decided to move from here, I know her decision is for the best way. I wish her all the best.(Althought this last sentence is correct, a better way of phrasing it would be, 'I hope all goes well for her'. This will add more variety to your sentences. Avoid repeting phrases (i.e best) too often.
