As usual, your English is very good. I'll just offer a few corrections:
Not "compromised with" but
"commtted to." "Compromised by" (not "with") has a completely different meaning in English, with negative connotations.
The most enjoyable part (In English, we never use a singular adjective without a noun.)
"... how he masters his instrument..." (Rule: always use an explicit subject -- the only exception is the imperative) or better, re-word it to use a possessive adjective and a (substantive) noun: "his mastery of the guitar...."
