I hate dreaming
I don't like dreaming at all. When I have some in my sleep, I always end up feeling even more tired after I wake up. I usually cannot remember my dreams. They are often very vague, or didn't even make sense at all!
Today I heard that if you sleep for 6 hours or 7.5 hours, you won't feel you have dreamed, even though you did dream. Maybe that's why I always feel like I dream a lot because I sleep for about 6.5~7 hours. I think may need to shorten my sleep so I won't feel like I have dreamed.
