you dont need to put "đến". đi đến means come, arrive

Vietnamese people does not use " Em ấy hay thích". its not natural in this case.

You can say " Em ấy hay thích đi chơi 1 mình" . She likes to go out alone. You can see

" hay thích" talks more about favorite, not an action.

"coi tv" sounds more natural to me

8. We usually eat dinner at six thirty

"quần áo" together mean "clothes", just "áo" can be taken to mean just "shirts"

"chiều" means more of afternoon/evening, tối implies more of "night"

Mày is informal, and only to be used if you're very familiar with the person, if not, it's better to stick with bạn or some other pronoun depending on the situation (chị, anh, cô, chú, etc...).

Pretty good overall, the main repeated mistake I noticed was your spelling of coffee, which you left off all the accent marks on (ca phe instead of cà phê).
