How should I practise listening comprehension I‘ve kept on practising listening comprehension for a long period and made some progresses, but i still have some difficulties in comprehension of fast speaking, just like BBC ,CNN and FOX news, the speaking speeds are little bit of fast for me,i can't ultimately understand exactly meaning instantly, the worse thing is that I can’t figure out this issue, how should i conque it?

Forget the BBC, CNN, and FOX news stations. Find yourself a well, educated language exchange partner who is able to command the nuances of recent current news events..

BBC, CNN, and FOX are all difficult to understand, since they talk faster than a normal English speaker and use difficult vocabulary. Don't feel bad if you don't get it at first! Seriously, I'm a native speaker and I still have to pay attention to keep up with TV. Try watching movies or youtube videos instead, that seems to be a little bit easier (at least in my opinion). John Green's youtube videos are pretty good. Also, try reading news articles to get used to the words, since news uses slightly different vocabulary than you might see in everyday conversation. Good luck! :)

i have this question ,too. But, sticking to must improves our lestening ability~ And i think, when you are listening this kind of news, it is better for you to have a specific goal information to catch,(can you understand me?maybe it is not goal information,i dont know how to express it)
