You should give more information.  Do you meant to translate into English?  Looks like a piece from  fortunetelling card.  So I searched it and indeed it was.  There are 28 pieces in total from the Chinese Constellation.

毕竟西风起 All in all, the west wind rises

虽有月华明 Although the moon halo is bright
秋来休嫌冷 Autumn comes and fret not it is becoming cold.

定招远客生 A faraway guest sure for you to beckon.

解曰          Explanation

人生老弱秋后凉感 When one starts to turn old, autumn feels colder.
虽然命好马瘦毛长  Although life is good, the horse is skinny and its hair long.
今生得乐子母相逢  Life will become joyous when mother and son reunites.
积善之家到老双全  A family that do good deeds, when old, both will be together (alive)

病人安    The sick will be safe (ie able to recover)

行人未    The wanderer/pedestrain/traveller has not [returned yet]

求财有讼凶 If you wish/seek/ask wealth, there will sure be vicious litigation first.

Hope this helps.  It is supposed to be fuzzy, ambiguous etc.  So you have to decide. To me, these fortunetelling is one size fits all.  Just like the Delphic oracles.  It can be interpreted in many ways.  The most famous being one when King Croseus asked the Oracle should he go to war with the Persians.  The Oracle answerd, "A mighty Empire will be lost".  You know the rest of the history.  Can't blame him because the Persians were the mighty empire but he also forgot that he was the richest king in the world of that time...
