Soft skills In hospitality industry,I think there are many soft skills which are important,First,It's should be responsibility.Our service object is human.Having the responsibility,you can hard working,and careful to do everything.If you haven't it,you will not be successful.Second,I think it's communication skills,It's contain four factors,Language Proficiency,Behavior,Conversation and Presentation.You should have good communication ability,bcz In hospitality industry,there are some troubles,you must solve the matter,and communicate with guests or client.you should express your feeling clearly so that they can understand.

Soft skills? wow, cool, I never heard this before, but it makes sense! Try to bit a space after commas and periods, and avoid bcz (text-talk) After all "ou should express your feeling clearly so that they can understand." :) Good job, cream!!
