Spring Is Really Coming! I always was in doubt how to follow the moment when winter is taking turns to spring or fall is taking turns to winter. Our weather may change suddenly. Now I draw a conclusion that the best criteria of it is the period when we change tyres on our cars from snow variant to the summer one (and vice versa in November).
