My son had the a stomachache in the yesterday.
I took him to see a doctor.
Last night he vomited, and had a fever.
I took care of him all night.
Now I am so very tired and I want to go to sleep.
我兒子昨天晚上肚子疼。
我帶他去看醫生。
昨晚他吐跟發燒。
我照顧他一整晚。
現在我很累，也很想睡覺。

我兒子昨天晚上肚子疼。

我帶他去看醫生。          I took him to see the/a doctor.  直接動詞後的"他"應要用英文第三者的"他" him. "He" 是英文的第二者. 
昨晚他吐跟發燒。          Last night he vomitted and fevered. Fever 是名詞. Fevered 是動詞.  這裡的發是動詞, 含有 "有"的暗示, 所以英一定要有 "had".  如果用的確翻譯的度角来寫, 應該是 ... and sprouted a fever.  不過在這样簡單詞句中太繁文耨縟節了
我照顧他一整晚。          I /took care/looked after/ him for the entire night.
現在我很累，也很想睡覺。Now I am very tired, wanting sleep very much.
