Fifa World Cup Brazil 2014

I am really looking forward to watch the world cup. I ask to myself who will be the champion. There are many strong teams of different countries, but in my opinion the champion will be Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Portugal or Italy ("...in my opinion the teams with the best chances are Spain...". I would say France, too, but i think they are not as good as some years ago, maybe i am wrong i don't know ("...years ago, but I could be wrong"). I am Brazilian, and i hope they bring us the 6º world cup trophy. I often see news about the world cup stadiums. Some stadiums are not completed, they are running out of time, the world cup begins in 49 days, so they must complete the stadiums fast. Some people are saying that Brazil is not ready to have a big event like the world cup. Fifteen billion was spent to reforming our stadiums. This money could be used to improve the schools and hospitals, however that's another thing. The world cup is a super nice event, but i would like if the 2014 edition were in another country.
