My best teacher and the best way to improve listening ability! I had a wonderful English teacher when I was young. He changed my views on English, and taught me a lot of useful method of learning English.He make learning fun! One knack he taught me is a way to improve listening ability,which I still think is the best way now. He knew that American movies(like Harry Porter) were very attractive to us at that time. So he encouraged us to watch them with a paper covering the subtitle.Then we would have to try our best to listen.At the beginning, I had to keep playing back the movie to catch one sentence.But over time,we found we could catch the meaning easy and began to enjoy the movies.With a difficult start,we gained so much. How lucky I am to have such a great teacher!He teaches me to study, also teaches me how to be a true person.
