I would like to try climbing, but I do not have any experience, so I would like to know if I could take a quick course beforehand or if monitors instructors are on hand. would be available. Furthermore, I would like am interested in to do some mountain-biking, but I am not fit, so I would know if you consider this activity could be advisable for me.

Regarding the water activities I require would like more information like to know what is on coasteering?/watersports and if I would whether I would need my own equipment to do kayaking.

I would like to receiv PleaseWould you provide a quote for a two week stay in a cabin in the camp. a budget. You should know that I would spent two weeks in the camp and I would stay in a cabin. Besides, Also, is the food included in the price? would be included.
