how should be feed to be an ideal sportsman ? I am sometimes thinking what kind of things i should eat to have an ideal body shape and how should i exercise in daily ? i dont have any plan for daily sport therefore I usually forget to do sport and I am sometimes lazy if i remember i do somesport but this is usually not appropriate.. what do u think about this .. what is the better way to have ideal weight and body shape ??
