My thoughts on "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" I just watched a documentary about a sushi chef "Jiro Dreams of Sushi", so I want to write down my thoughts on the film. Please correct my English if needs be. Growing up in Japan, I have had sushi dozens of times in my life, and I think I can comfortably say that I can distinguish good sushi from not-so-good sushi. However, after watching the documentary, it made me think twice about what "sushi" really is. I usually go to a cheap sushi restaurants serving sushi with a belt conveyer (kaitenzushi). Though Jiro seems stoic, his dedication and passion for not just sushi but the culture of food from the ingredients to the atmosphere of the restaurant motivated me to become someone who can be proud of the job you do. Thanks in advance for the correction!

Your English is very good.  As you can see, you need work in polishing to that of a native speaker.  I am sure you will very soon attain that state if you continue to write often.
