Blow your top In English language has such idiom as blow one`s top which uses for expression a strong stress and tiredness and every person has own way how relax and take its mind off problems .How do people manage to relax ? Some people are engaged in an extreme sport .They want to get an adrenaline which is not enough for them in a real life .As to me it is dreadfully look at this.And at the first glance at those photo when they are climbering into different buildings ,i start trembling from fear .I do not have any sudmission that will in the case of wrong fastening robes if it have happened .Some people have chosen easier way of relaxing which it is supposed be good at putting down other people in.Above all they are looking for a vicim for putting down.And it will likely those people whom they apreciate .Many people do not understand why it happened and they least of all would want wreak their anger on these people.

How do people manage to relax? Some people are engage in an extreme sport. They want to get an adrenaline rush which is not enough for them in a real life which they only get from extreme sports. As To me it is dreadfull to look at this, and at the first one glance at those photos where they are climb into different buildings, I start trembling with fear. I do not have any sudmission that will in the case of wrong fastening robes if it have happened. Some people have chosen easier ways of relaxing which are safer. at putting down other people in Above all, they are looking for a vicim for putting down  way to relieve themselves of their stress and problems. And it will likely those people whom they apreciate Many people do not understand why this happens and they least of all would not want to wreak their anger on these people.
