Kamusta kayo? - Correct

Kamusta? = How are (you)?

Ako si Nick. = Correct (May also be, "Ako ay si Nick.)

Sobrang gusto kong malaman ng Tagalog, dahil tagapilipinas ang fiance ko.  -> Sobrang gusto kong matuto ng Tagalog, dahil/kasi taga-Pilipinas ang fiance ko.

("Malaman" is "to know". "Gusto kong malaman ang pangalan mo." = I want/would like to know your name.  For your sentence, we would use "matuto" (to learn) instead.   You may use "kasi" and "dahil" interchangeably, though "kasi" would be more in use colloquially.  We don't have an exact Tagalog word to mean fiance or fiancee.  We just say boyfriend/nobyo or girlfriend/nobya.  So we also use fiance or fiancee to mean such.  Verbally, the distinction between the two may not be noticeable, but in their written form, you have to be more precise as to which one you want to use.  ;-) )

Nakatira ako sa America, sa ND. - Correct

Kung minsan ay masyadong/sobrang malamig dito pag/sa taglamig/tagginaw. (You may use either "masyado+ng" or "sobra+ng" "malamig" to mean too cold.  You may also use either "pag" (when (it's)) or "sa" (in), though the former may be more commonly used here.  The dictionary may translate winter to "taglamig" or "tagginaw", however, to us we use them to mean our "cold" months (normally January and February), which would definitely not be cold by ND standards.  So, you might as well say "winter" and we'd get a better sense of the coldness you are referring to.)

Pakikorek mo ako. (As it is, it means, "Please correct me.".  Hence it is not a question. If you'd like it to be a question, you may say it as, "Pwedeng paki correct mo ako?" = Can you please correct me?  - We rarely use "korek" anymore since we normally pronounce it with the "t" sound in the end anyway.

Newbie pa ako. - Newbie/Baguhan pa lang ako. (Though you'd be understood with "newbie", "baguhan" (root word is "bago" = new), may be the word most of us would use.  "Lang" means "only".  It may seem redundant in your sentence, but in Tagalog, we would normally add it there. => I am only just a newbie.

Maraming salamat. - Correct.

Walang anuman, Nick.
