The hispanish doctors say the siesta is a good for our health, because you use to get up with more energy, and you can continuo working better. The problem there are some people sleep a hour. Siesta or nap.

Many people in Spain sleep take a siesta or nap. I means, A siesta is a little break after lunch. It used to be a just 20 minutes, and in general lying on the sofa with something on the TV, like songs or voices.
The hispanic doctors say the siesta is a good for our health, because you use to usually get up with more energy, and you can continue working better. The problem is there are some people who sleep for an hour.
Japan copied us on the siesta.

Thanks for sharing a bit of Spanish culture with us! In my part of the United States, which has been influenced by Spanish language and culture for centuries, we do use the word "siesta" in English to mean a nap, but we don't have the cultural practice of taking a siesta everyday after lunch as the Spaniards do. I wish we did!

I hope my corrections are helpful. Note that I changed "a hour" to "an hour." That is tricky because usually you use "a" before a word that begins with a consonant and "an" before a word that begins with a vowel. However, in a few words, such as "hour" the "h" is silent and so we use "an" to avoid having the "a" sound next to another vowel sound. Another example is the word "honor." Honor has a silent "h" as well. You would say, "It is an honor to meet you," not "It is a honor to meet you." Hope that helps!

Spanish doctors say siestas are good for our health, because you can use the time to get up with more energy, and you can work even better. The problem is that there are some people who sleep an hour.
Japan copied the siesta from us.
