The last summer The last summer, i went to the beach. I was there with my friends. I went up at 11:30 and I gone to the beach. While I was swimming, my friend Maria arrived. She has travelled for two hours but she hasn´t swinged yet. We went to the disco two hours ago. So, my friend Peter called us while we were dancing. He is the brother of my friend Laura. and he play guitar sometimes. Before that he had played the guitar, we went to other disco. I haven´t studied english yet but I have just writted the french homeworks.

Last summer, i went to the beach. (I went to the beach last summer.) I was there with my friends. I went at 11:30. While I was swimming, my friend Maria arrived. She had travelled for two hours but she hadn´t changed (??) yet. We went to the disco two hours ago. So, my friend Peter called us while we were dancing. He is the brother of my friend Laura and he plays guitar sometimes. Before he had played the guitar, we went to other disco. I haven´t studied english yet but I have just written my french homework.

- "The last summer" sounds like your last summer ever. Let's hope not!

- To talk about a particular occasion at the beach, you might say "One time last summer, I went to the beach....."
