I want to improve my fluency.

Today is a good day to start learning english, and one of my goals is to become in a person who can speak with native English speakers of english and have a fun conversations without problems of fluency. I have been studying for almost 1 year. I can understand almost everything, but at the moment of speaking I  still have troubles. I've tried many ways and I think so I've gained confidence, but my lack of experience talking with other people is my big problem. I hope we can help each other, so we can learn togheter both languages.
