Trying to write in english, the science of kissing As my first entry to this diary, I will talk about a video that I found in Youtube named The Science of Kissing. As a social anthropologist I’m use to hear cultural explanations about everything, so when I hear this kind of biological arguments , for me, is kind of odd. Dr Joe Hanson, said that there are mainly three reason why we human beings kiss. First, is because of our instinctual nursing reflex, so when we kiss we evoke our childhood. the second reason is because the breath of people can tell us its health, so we are more attracted to healthy people. The third reason is contact, that transform in our brain into different hormone that make us feel pleasure. Well I think these was an interesting video, but the most important fact that mr Hanson Said was that 90% of human culture kiss, so what other acts of affection the other 10% does?. I know that Iniits kiss with the nose, do you know another example?
