Yesterday I went to the hospital and I was told that my hormones are disbalanced and I need treatment. Tomorrow I will try to get referral to a thyroid speacilist. I am looking forward to July 29,. Yesterday I went to the hospital and I was told that my hormones are dis out of balanced and I need treatment. (or possibly - ...and I was told that I have a hormone imbalance and...)

Tomorrow I will try to get a referral to a thyroid speacilist specialist. (possible alternative - Tomorrow I will try to make an appointment with a thyroid specialist.)
