An essay about extra salary... pleas let me know what my mistakes are. thanks a million The Topic: (Some employers reward members of staff for their exceptional contribution to the company by giving them extra money. This practice can act as an incentive for some but may also have a negative impact on others. To what extent is this style of management effective? Are there better ways if encouraging employees to work hard?) The goal of all managers and employers is to progress and improve their business. Some of them think the best way to encourage employees is to give them extra salaries to whom make a change or success in favour of the company. Some others argue that this approach is not always the best way and also does not work for all staff. It is questionable how much the practice can be effective. Managers are searching for more practice to can encourage their employees. In my opinion, although this might be useful way to encourage staff by giving them more salary, it does not work for all as well as does not work in short-term. For example, some work hard but the reward goes to another one so they will lose their motivation to work hard again or some think the extra money does not worth to work much for. Another good example is the employees may think the rewards may go to whom the employers have chosen them beforehand. There are some staffs having problems in their private lives so extra salary is not a good way to encourage them to work better. Undoubtedly, it can be found always some employees always want to progress and use the opportunities. They try much to be paid more. I think there are some other ways to encourage employees to work harder or to be more creative for example, sending the creative employee to a travel with his/her family or paying employees a promotion. In addition paying more salary in a long-term program may be more effective than short-term one because one will find if he or she loses one month or one reward, there is still a chance to be paid the extra salary. In short, there are some ways which can be considered to encourage staffs to work better and one of these ways is to pay extra salary to employees. The way can be effective for some employees but not all of them.

I think there are some other ways to encourage employees to work harder or to be more creative; for example, sending the a creative [?] employee to a travel on vacation with his/her family, or paying giving (an employees) a promotion. In addition to this, paying more salary in a raising salary gradually, in the long-term, program may be more effective than short-term one granting one time bonuses because one will find if he or she loses one month or one reward, the incentive to work hard is always present; if one does not succeed, there is always next month. there is still a chance to be paid the extra salary.
In short, there are some various/different/many ways which can be considered to encourage staffs people to work better/harder and one of these ways is to pay employees extra salary to employees. The way method can may be effective for some employees in some cases, but not in others//This method, however, is not always effective. but not all of them.

The goal of all managers and employers is to progress move forward and improve their businesses. Some of them think that the best way to encourage employees is to give them extra salaries to grant bonuses to those to whom who make a change or success in favour of the company contribute to the sucess/growth of the company. Some others Some argue that this approach is not always the best way and also does not work for all staff with everyone/with all employees. It is questionable how much the practice can be effective The effectiveness of the practice is questionable. Managers are searching for more practice to can new ways to encourage their employees.

In my opinion, although this might be useful way to encourage staff by giving them more salary raising salary for encouragement might be useful in some cases, it the method does not work for all as well as does not work in short-term everyone and it does not work immediately. For example, someone who works hard but while the reward goes to another one person/employee gets the reward so they will may lose their motivation to work hard again in the future. or some Others think might feel that the extra money does is not worth to work much for (all) the effort. Another good example is a scenario wherein/a scenario in which employees may think the rewards may go to whom the employers have chosen them beforehand suspect their bosses of giving out bonuses (to employees) for personal reasons/in exchange for personal favors. There are Some staffs employees may be having personal problems (or problems at home) in their private lives so extra salary, in this case, is might not be a good way to encourage them to work better encouragement strategy/motivational strategy. Undoubtedly, it can be found always it's always possible to find some employees always who want to progress move up/excel and use the any opportunities available. They try much very hard to be paid more/They will go out of their way to pe paid more.
