I am careless. Today I forgot to copy my documents from my computer in the office. Now I cannot translate the passage. I cannot finish my wokr work, because I never learned Spanish. Tomorrow I will be in pain/trouble. Who can pull/get me out of trouble?

Tomorrow I will be in pain. Who can pull me out of trouble? Maybe a better way to say this is: Tomorrow I will be in trouble. Who can pull me/get me out?
