My First Driving Lesson [1]

Today, it was my first driving lesson. I'm 16 sixteen (years old), in France the legal age to drive driving age [2] is 18, [3]but there are an is a program: called "supervised driving" <em>[accompagnée = 'accompanied'/supervisée = supervised driving]</em>. I just only [4]used the steering wheel and while my driving monitor [5]made did the rest. It was very difficult to turn the streering wheel correctly, I almost hit the pavement. Tommorow I'm gonna going to have 2 driving hours of driving. I'm so impatient and hope I won't slashed no one anyone. <em>[slash someone = cut someone with a knife. maybe you mean 'cut someone off'?]</em>

<em>[2] 'legal age to drink' 'legal age to smoke' 'legal age to drive' - VERY common problem. It should be 'drinking age', 'smoking age', 'driving age'</em>

<em>[3] Unless it's a big number or something technical/statistical/financial/legal, write it out in words. 18 is ok because you refer to something 'legal'.</em>

<em>[4] 'just' can also mean 'just (right) now'/'very recently' - in this case that's what it sounds like.</em>

<em>[5] Outside France, people don't know anything about the two driving program options - 'monitor' sounds like a computer screen in this case, you have to make it clear that it's a person.</em>

My First Driving Lesson

Today, it was my first driving lesson. I'm 16.
