the progress of my vietnamese learning

i am familiar with the alphabet now,and i know some words of vietnamese.
for example: xe ô tô means a car ;đô trị :a city ;nha y ：a dentist
xin chào hello ; cảm ơn thank you
anh có khòe không? how are you doing?
keep it on,and i can be better
