Your sentence is perfectly correct. You could also say, "revolving <em>around</em> in my head."

Also perfectly correct is, "And I've been hearing all those things going round and round in my head." [You could use "around" instead of "round" if you wan to.]

It makes sense grammatically etc, and it sounds fairly natural. I feel there is a slightly better way to phrase it but I can't think of it right now - it really depends on context. Maybe "I've had all these things going round and round in my head (and I don't know what to do/think)"
