This terrible summer. I've never seen a summer like this, here in Italy. Summer started on 21st of June and from that day, it rained everyday. Luckly, the only week in which we had a beautiful and hot weather was the one I went to the beach with friends. I hate cold and rain, I miss my italian summers, with 30/35 degrees everyday, that beautiful sun and that clear sky without any cloud. People say that next week everything is gonna be better, I hope they're right, I don't want to see rain anymore!

This terrible summer.

I've never seen a summer like this, here in Italy. Summer started on 21st of June and from that day, it rained every day.

<em>everyday = common (i.e. a car is an everyday vehicle)</em>

<em>every day = all days</em>

Luckly, the only week in which we had a beautiful and hot weather (<em>weather is not counted, so you can remove the number article here</em>)

was the one I went to the beach with friends. I hate cold and rain, (<em>I would suggest the cold and rain, but this is really minor!</em>)

I miss my italian summers, with 30/35 degrees every day, that beautiful sun and that clear sky without any cloud. People say that next week everything is gonna be better, I hope they're right, I don't want to see rain anymore!  (<em>I would suggest changing this to: I don't want to see anymore rain, or, I don't want to see any rain again - but like before, this is really minor</em>)

Well done! I have see much worse from native English speakers ;)

This terrible summer.

I've never seen a summer like this, here in Italy. Summer started on the 21st of June and from that day, it rained every day. <em>("Everyday" means "commonplace":  "People wear their everyday clothes to the market; they don't dress up."  "Every day" means "each day".)</em>

Luckly, the only week in which we had a beautiful and hot weather was the one in which I went to the beach with friends. <em>("Weather" is an uncountable noun - see http://www.englishclub.com/grammar/nouns-un-countable_2.htm - so you could say "some good weather" or "a little bit of bad weather" but not "a weather".)</em>

I hate cold and rain. <em>(I'd separate the sentences here.)</em>

I miss my Italian summers, with 30-35 degrees every day, that beautiful sun and that clear sky without any clouds. <em>(Great sentence!  Please capitalize nationalities.)</em>

People say that next week everything will is gonna be better.  <em>(Especially in written English, I'd use "will" or "is going to be" vs. "gonna".  I'd divide the sentences here vs. using a semi-colon.)</em>

I hope they're right; I don't want to see rain anymore!  <em>(Note the semi-colon.)</em>

<em>Very well done indeed, Laura!  You wrote a complex and interesting entry with very good grammar.</em>

This terrible summer.

I've never seen a summer like this, here in Italy. Summer started on 21st of June and from that day, it rained everyday(I agree with Michael and Scott). Luckily, the only week in which we had a beautiful and hot weather was the one I went to the beach with friends. I hate cold and rain, and I miss my italian summers, with 30/35 degrees everyday, that beautiful sun and that clear sky without any clouds. People say that next week everything is gonna be better I hope they're right I don't want to see rain anymore!

Well done!  Just a note on the very last word, traditional grammar says anymore is incorrect and you should use 'any more'.  However, I found this: "The difference between the two meanings is illustrated in the sentence: 'I don't buy books anymore because I don't need any more books.' " so I have not corrected your usage. :)
