I am not entirely positive about the correctness of putting a period after the numbers in your numbered list. That's just what I would do.

It looks OK to me. The only thing I'd do is add periods after the numbers in your numbered list, although I'm not sure about the correctness of this. (1. Identifying...; 2. Collecting...; and so on)
