Pancakes: Flour, Yogurt, and Eggs When I find some milk in a fridge at home, I check if there's flour in a kitchen. Eggs are always kept handy such as either in a balcony or in the fridge. Then I rummage a dish rack to find measuring spoons and cups. I like pancakes. I used to ask mom to buy ready-made pancake mix at supermarkets when she comes home from work. I loved that so much as to find recipes to make for myself, and over time, I stopped asking for the ready-made mix. Pancakes are tasty and its ingredients don't include many, and its cooking process can't be simpler; once you mixed all ingredients, then you just need to ladle the batter into a greased heated pan. After a couple of minutes, flip the pancake and wait for more minutes. You can drizzle anything you like on it such as maple syrup or honey; chunks of fruit are good for garnishing. You can also vary the ingredients. I substituted home-made yogurt for milk, and it still worked wonders. I shared a piece with my sister and she seemed to like it. ㅡㅡㅡyogurt pancake recipeㅡㅡㅡ Ingredients (serves four) : 100ml of yogurt 50ml of water 225ml of all-purpose flour one egg A tablespoon of sugar A teaspoon of salt A tespoon of baking powder.
