вопрос I'm taking a russian course and they said that the russian verbs came in pairs... like Cказать/Говорить and I that the verb "Cказать" is not conjugated in present tense... but then I saw this example: Лена, скажи мне, ты знаешь, кто он? And the verb "Cказать" is conjugated, so can somebody explain me that? Thank you!

All perfective verbs are not conjugated in present tense.

Some verbs are only imperfective, for example, "принадлежать" - to belong. And some verbs have both aspects - perfective and imperfective, for example "жениться" - to get married. This verb the sentence "Я не хочу жениться" is imperfective, but in the sentence "Он женился на Анне" is perfective.
