Ways to use "at":

"I'm at the bar right now."

"Where are you going to be at?"

"I'm at home!"

"At" is used for a point = at the corner, at work

"At" is used for a specific time = at 5 o'clock

At can also be used in the phrase "at this time", meaning now or currently (the equivalent of 'actualmente'). It is usually paired with some kind of negative sentence, in which something is unable to happen or is not happening. Check out these examples: At this time, I can't help you. At this time, I am not looking for a job. I don't want to buy anything at this time. The other use of 'at' is location, like Chantel said. Good luck!
