wollen = to want
ich will
du willst

wir wollen
ihr wollt
sie wollen

ich will, er will (ich and er have the same verb conjugation)
  [in this case, but not always: ich gehe, er geht]
wir wollen, sie wollen (wir and sie have the same verb conjugation)
  [I think this is always true, at least I can't think of an exception]

können = can
ich kann
du kannst
er kann
wir können
ihr könnt
sie können

ich kann, er kann
wir können, sie können

[The capitalized polite forms are indeed the forms of 3rd person plural, but you don't use those in a conjugation table.]
