Letter of complaint.
Dear Sir,
I am writing with regards to the new burglar alarm which my neighbors have installed into their house.
Briefly, the problem is that the new burglar alarm has gone off three times every day during a for the past week and this is quite irritating. I have two kids and they can not sleep well at night because of the alarm noise.
I have already pursued this matter with my neighbors. They are away, travelling having a vacation in America, but I called them yesterday, and I tried to talk to them but they told me that they were too busy.
In order to resolve this matter I am requesting that you turn off the alarm while my neighbors are traveling away and when they return you should add them a fine them because of all the problems that they have caused to the neighborhood. In the future, you might obligate I suggest that you to install a system which prevents these kind of problems.
